About Your Mentor
Hey! I’m Libby Shelton, PharmD, RPh
I’m a pharmacist, mentor, and advocate for empowering the next generation of pharmacists to thrive and build meaningful connections. I know how intimidating networking can feel because I’ve been there. Early in my journey, I struggled with networking—I felt awkward, doubted my value as a student, didn’t know who to connect with, and once I made a connection, I had no idea how to follow up or keep it going.
Everything changed when I developed a strategy. Networking became less intimidating, and I started building a supportive network that opened doors to leadership roles, international opportunities, impactful community projects, collaborations, and ultimately, my industry fellowship.
Since then, I’ve used this strategy to help dozens of pharmacy students and recent grads confidently build their networks, land internships and post-grad positions, and grow their confidence in their careers.
In 2024, I was honored to be named one of the Most Influential Leaders in Pharmacy for my work supporting students and recent grads. I’m passionate about creating a supportive, fun environment where you can learn the tools and strategies to connect with confidence. I can’t wait to help you build relationships that inspire and support your success!
